Join us for a nurturing monthly prenatal yoga class designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation, you’ll ease common pregnancy discomforts, build strength and stability, and cultivate a deeper connection with your changing body and your growing baby.
This class offers a welcoming space to slow down, recharge, and connect with a community of expectant parents. Thoughtful modifications and props are provided throughout, making the practice accessible whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice.
Suitable for all trimesters. Please check with your healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program during pregnancy.
