We’ll gather once a month for eight months, following the regular school year of September 2025-May 2026. Our Roots of Practice Series includes three full weekends of practice and discussion, plus six Sunday workshops.

Each month we’ll focus on a different element of yoga - spanning asana-focused explorations, philosophy workshops, inquiries into breath and meditation, collective discussions of sacred texts, and introductions to the subtle body and the nervous system.

This series qualifies for 50hrs of CE with Yoga Alliance.

We believe that we are always learning, especially when it comes to yoga philosophy. The last hour of each Sunday will include collective discussions around portions of three classical texts: The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, The Bhagavad Gita, and The Upanishads.

This series provides an opportunity to connect with our Resonance Community in a small group atmosphere that encourages connection, reflection, inquiry, and sharing of insights with fellow yogis.
