Fall Yoga Challenge

Join us for practice in October, and receive raffle tickets for weekly prizes or a grand prize drawing!

The more you practice, the more prize entries you receive.

When you practice at the studio, place a sticker on your individual tracking card. If you practice via livestream or with a class recording, download the tracking card to fill out at home! Give the card to a teacher to recieve your raffle tickets for every four classes that you attend.

The Raffle Prizes:

WEEKLY PRIZES - The variety of weekly prizes includes; class passes, workshop passes, and lululemon goodies.

GRAND PRIZE - lululemon yoga mat and a custom fit session with a lululemon Community Specialist, taking home a lululemon outfit of your choosing! (up to $78 for a top & up to $128 for a bottom).

  • BIPOC Yoga Class

    Friday, October 10th

    Join Shirley Brown for a special BIPOC yoga class. The second Friday of every month.

    This is an opportunity for bodies of color to feel, relate and connect with self and others. We will settle and ground our bodies, breathe, mindfully move and just be.

  • Yoga Nidra - Third Friday of Every Month

    Friday, October 17th

    This guided practice is a doorway to the space between wake and sleep, where the subconscious and unconscious converge in a state of deep relaxation. As the mind stills, this becomes a space to rewrite, recondition, and revise unhelpful behaviors, habits, and limiting beliefs.
