Join musician Chad Wray, and our teacher, michael Steinke for this special sound healing event. An exploration of movement, stillness, and introspection. Together they will weave music to create a unique soundscape as michael guides the Yin inspired restorative yoga practice.

Long, supported postures allow the body to release tension while layers of sound create an environment of warmth, presence, and introspection. The interplay of live music and mindful movement becomes a shared meditation—an opportunity to rest deeply while exploring the subtle relationship between sound, sensation, and awareness.
