My classes are anatomically informed and soulfully inspired and reflect what I’ve found to be empowering from the time I’ve spent on my own mat in practice. I aspire to infuse my passion for the practice, my love of music and genuine, life-inspired musings into each class.

After living 22 years of feeling very uncomfortable in my own body, I found yoga and with it came a deep desire to connect with myself & others in a more thoughtful, heart-guided way. My classes are light-hearted and filled with creative sequences that inspire a steady practice.

I am comprehensively trained in the classical style of Pilates in all levels on all the equipment through master instructor Dorothee Vandewalle.

Elijah Warren
I came to yoga about fifteen years ago, not through any big spiritual moment but through the simple need to slow down and feel better in my own body. What keeps me practicing and teaching is the value of taking an hour to move with intention, breathe deeply, and spend quiet time with yourself. That kind of space is rare, and it does not need to be dramatic to be meaningful.
My classes emphasize stress relief, self awareness, and developing a steady, comfortable relationship with your body. The focus is on feeling present and supported rather than pushing toward extremes or chasing a particular experience. -
Nicki Ernat
YOGA TEACHER & OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
I started my yoga journey in college as I was studying to become an occupational therapist. I fell in love with the mental health benefits of yoga, and my love for asana deepened as I developed my knowledge of the human body in OT school. I have a passion for making movement accessible for all individuals in a clinical setting and through yoga. Looking at the body holistically, my goal is to facilitate a space that can ease the mind and nervous system, while moving through postures.

Kathryn Kelley
YOGA TEACHER
My journey to yoga started with an injury to my neck. I could barely move it for a month and heard a voice inside saying “you need to stretch” since this moment steady practice has guided me through life. I completed my yoga teacher training in September 2020 and have been teaching for almost 2 years. Yoga helps me to be more calm, more intentional, more present, and more compassionate.
I offer a slow flow or Hatha flow type style of teaching with focus on breath and alignment. It is my intention to create a space of practice that offers inspiration, creativity, curiosity, and more body awareness.

Kristen Aubert
YOGA TEACHER
I have been practicing yoga for many years and although I would stray away from it from time to time to dabble in other fitness genres I always came back to it. I think of this journey as "coming home". Yoga to me is like the house you grew up in. You can walk in, feel right at home, peek inside the fridge and be yourself. If you ask the right questions you can discover hidden truths. It's that safe place where you can learn how to grow and become the best possible version of yourself. I always make sure my students feel "right at home" when they come to my classes.
