This class is designed to help unwind patterns that limit mobility and affect both your physical body and your nervous system.
Your body holds the imprint of your life experiences, and over time, stress can settle into the tissues—creating tension, discomfort, and restricted movement. In this all-levels flow, we’ll combine mindful yoga with somatic release practices to support greater ease, resilience, and freedom in the body.
We’ll close with restorative postures to encourage deep rest and help regulate your nervous system.
