Prepare for the week ahead by joining michael Steinke as he shares a variety of pu erh teas that are chosen and brewed to create an intentional connection to self before settling in for a rejuvenating sound journey.
michael will share a variety of healing instruments including but not limited to large gongs, singing bowls, drums, Hang Bal, and didgeridoo.
