Meet Kari Lauzon

She/Her

Kari has been practicing yoga regularly since 2012.  Her love of yoga started with managing her anxiety better but has grown to living a life with more yoga philosophy. She became a yoga teacher in May 2019 graduating from Evolution PT & Yoga’s teacher program in Burlington, VT.

To Kari, Yoga is connecting our smaller being to something larger. She strives to create a community class that is safe and inviting for people to try yoga for the first time, free of judgment. She wants to make yoga more accessible to all bodies, regardless of any perceived limits, whether physical or emotional.

As a PT, she specializes in Pelvic Floor health and threads her education and experience of treating physical pain and limits, into her work as a yoga teacher. Her classes and workshops focus on treating the physical condition of the pelvic floor, spine, and hips.

Kari has a giant heart and kind smile which creates a space to practice in a group class with relaxation and ease.

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist

Outside of yoga classes, Kari cherishes time with her family and friends. She loves to read, learn, travel, hike and be at the beach.
